Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.
